Our clients can withdraw funds from their accounts at any time. For this, you need to log in to your account and choose the “Withdrawal” section. Then, you need to choose the most convenient method of withdrawal and send a corresponding request to our support service. Keep in mind that the money will be withdrawn from your account only if you had provided all the necessary documents. Also, Prime Stocks has the right to ask for additional identification documents or residency proofs.

The time needed to transfer your money depends on the chosen method:

  • up to 5-8 days via credit cards;
  • up to 3 bank days in the case of a bank transfer.

Our company transfers assets only to the personal accounts or cards of our clients. We do not send money to third-party deposits.

Before withdrawing funds, make sure that there is enough money left on the account to cover margin requirements on the opened positions. Prime Stocks is not responsible for the losses caused by the insufficient amount of funds on your account.
